  6.     TAPGIF 1.0 converts IFF files to GIF format without modifying the
  7.     picture's palette. It can also add a comment extension to the GIF
  8.     file, and will automatically copy over an ANNO from the IFF file
  9.     if one is present. It requies KS2.0 and iff.library.

  11.     It ignores any viewmodes that may be present in the IFF file.
